Irelia Custom Jewelry Conflict -Free Diamonds and Gemstones 

All Irelia Custom Jewelry diamonds are Certified GIA , and sourced from reputable US and Canadian vendors who pledge to only supply diamonds traded in accordance with the Kimberley Process. The Kimberley Process is a strict certification system supported by the United Nations ensuring conflict-free diamond trading. Diamonds will come with a grading certificate report from GIA, Gemological institute of America.  

How do I place a custom design order? 

Step 1 : Meet with our Designer Irelia email us at ireliacustomjewelry@gmail.com Once you have selected a design idea or have selected a diamond for your engagement ring, we will put together a price quote.

Step 2 : We request $300 deposit for Design and 3d Resin Model Sample. 

Step 3 : A 50% nonrefundable deposit of total is made to begin all custom design jewelry. Our estimated turnaround time is 7 to 14 days. Balance is paid at time of pick up. All custom-made jewelry is final sale. 

What is your turn around time for Approved Custom-Made Jewelry? We complete our custom-made jewelry in 7-14 days of Design and 3D Resin Approval. We can also work at your pace. 

Do you appraise jewelry? Yes, completed by our trusted third-party GIA Appraiser, Cost starting $190 per item.

Do you offer jewelry repairs? Yes, we repair and restore all types of jewelry.  Bring your jewelry into our showroom, our jeweler will give you a quote for service along with the estimated repair time. You may text us a picture for quote 69-207-6108

I would like my custom order shipped. In order to protect your jewelry, all orders are shipped via Fed Ex, UPS or USPS Registered Insured Mail with restricted delivery. For security purposes, the credit card holder must show photo ID to take delivery of the package & Sign. Tracking numbers are provided via email after your order is shipped out. Shipping and handling cost depend on time frame and location shipped. 

RETURNS :

Items that are Personalized & Custom Made to Order are nonrefundable such as custom ring setting, design or specifically created. 

Do you offer engraving services? nonrefundable

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on jewelry sale items, promotional items or gift cards.

Refunds
I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations on Showcase bought Jewelry or loose Diamonds within 7 days of purchase delivery/pick up in showroom. You must submit a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase. Restocking fee and charges may Appy any labor work performed on jewelry is nonrefundable.

Custom Jewelry & Personalized items can't be returned or exchanged.
